AI employees that work inside Microsoft Teams

Mention an AI employee in a Teams channel, give it a job and get the result back in the thread for approval. No new app for your team to learn.

Work where people already are

Most companies on Microsoft 365 already have their conversations in Teams. So that's where the AI employee lives: you mention it in a channel, describe the job, and the result comes back in the same thread for approval.

It can summarise long threads, find the right file in SharePoint and answer from it, or draft an Outlook email from a Teams request. Nobody has to learn a new app or remember another login.

Teams, Copilot and Switch

Copilot helps individuals inside Word, Excel and Outlook. Switch AI employees do defined jobs for a team, across Microsoft and non-Microsoft tools like your CRM or accounting system, with a named owner. Many companies use both.

Getting started with Microsoft Teams

Connecting Microsoft Teams is part of setup, not a project of its own. In the first meeting we look at how your team uses Microsoft Teams today, pick the one job that wastes the most time, and agree who will own and approve the AI employee that takes it on.

From there you have two routes. On Platform your team builds its own AI employees after one onboarding call. On Managed, Switch runs a workshop, presents the plan to leadership, builds up to five AI employees, rolls them out and holds weekly implementation calls. You can try it first with a free test alongside a Switch team member.

Questions

Do we need Copilot licences?

No. Switch AI employees run on the Switch platform and connect to your Microsoft 365 account.

Does a person still approve the work?

Yes. Every AI employee hands its result to a named person in Teams or Slack, who approves, edits or rejects it before anything is sent or changed.

Will AI employees replace people on the team?

No. They take repeatable work off the team's plate so people spend their time on judgement, customers and decisions.

How do we get started?

Start with a free test together with a Switch team member, then choose Platform to build your own AI employees or Managed to have Switch find, build and roll them out for you.
