Your CRM triggers a Switch AI employee
A deal moves to 'won' in your CRM. Over MCP it hands the job to your onboarding AI employee, which prepares the welcome pack for the account manager to review.
Your AI employee uses another tool's server
Your marketing AI employee connects to an MCP server from a design or analytics tool, so it can pull real numbers into the weekly report.
Security and approval
MCP doesn't bypass anything. Each connection is set up for a specific AI employee with a named owner, it only reaches the tools you connect, and anything that sends or changes data still waits for a person to approve it in Teams or Slack.
